Semia Dahi Vada
Ingredients required to make Semia Dahi Vada
Vermicelli, Curd, Maida Flour, Corn Flour, Rice Flour, Curry Leaves, Coriander, Green Chillies, Ginger Garlic Paste, Salt, Chilli Powder, Seasoning Seeds, Oil
Take a pot and heat some water
Add a cup of vermicelli into the hot water
Use just enough water to boil the vermicelli
Add 5 tbsp of rice flour, 1 1/2 tbsp of maida flour
Add 1 tbsp of corn flour
Add salt for taste and some curry leaves
Add some coriander, some ground ginger & green chilli paste
Mix thoroughly
If necessary, add more water
Take a pan and heat some oil for deep frying. Make small patties with the dough and deep fry them
Take another pan and heat some oil
Add some bengal gram, some dry red chilli
Add some curry leaves. Switch off the stove
Take a bowl of curd and add some salt, red chilli powder and some ginger & green chilli paste
Add the fried bengal gram and leaves to the curd and mix well
Add the fried vadas into the curd and let it stand for 5 - 10 mins
Take the Dahi Vadas into a serving bowl
Garnish with some coriander
