Dahi Kobbari Chutney Recipe With English Subtitles

What are you going to make? Dahi Kobbari Chutney
Ingredients required to make Dahi Kobbari Chutney
Coconut, Curd, Green Chillies, Dry Red Chillies, Seasoning Seeds, Curry Leaves, Coriander, Asafoetida, Carrots, Salt, Turmeric, Oil
Grate some coconut instead of grinding it
Take some grated coconut into a bowl and add some curd to it
Add some salt and some finely chopped/grated green chillies
Mix well
Add a little water to get the right consistency
Take a pan and heat some oil
Add some mustard & cumin seeds, bengal gram, black gram, some dry red chillies, curry leaves
Add a little asafoetida powder
Add some turmeric powder too and then add the whole mixture to the coconut chutney
Garnish with some grated carrots and some coriander leaves
