So..Mrs.Ramalakshmi...What are you going to cook today...???
Ingredients to cook Majjiga Pulusu:
Green chillies
Red chillies, Cumin seeds, Mustard seeds, Fenu greek
Curd Onions Curry leaves Gram flour
Corriander leaves Red chilli powder Ginger garlic Oil Tomatoes
Lady finger Amaranthus Pumpkin
Firstly,take a pressure cooker & boil some water into it...
Then add all the vegetables in the cooker
Make a soft paste of green chillies,ginger garlic & onions
Then add the paste in the cooker
Close the lid for 5 minutes
Mean while,take a frying pan & boil the curd with required gram flour
Then add some chilli powder,salt & turmeric powder
Now..add the boiled vegetables in the frying pan
Mix it properly & let it boil for few minutes
Take another bowl & heat some oil into it
Add garlic,cumin seeds,mustard seeds,fenu greek,curry leaves & a pinch of chilli powder
Add that mixture of fried seeds & curry leaves into the frying pan
Lastly,add few corriander leaves & mix it properly
Take it in a serving bowl
Majjiga pulusu is ready to eat...!!!
