White Bread Recipe - Recipe for a Basic White Yeast Bread

Today we will make white bread.
Home made white bread is very fresh and tasty to eat. Making white bread is more then easy.
Let's see what ingredients are required t prepare white bread
Maida (all purpose flour) - 2.5 cup
Milk - 1/3 cup
Oil - 2 tbsp (we can also use butter)
Dried yeast - 1 tsp
Salt - more then 1/2 tsp
Sugar - 2 tsp
Firstly, knead the flour.
Add sugar, salt, dried instant yeast (need not make the yeast active, add directly to the flour), oil and milk. Mix well.
Take lukewarm water to knead the flour and prepare dough like that of soft chapatti dough.
Keep kneading the flour for 4-5 minutes till it becomes soft.
Dough is ready and we used less then 1/2 cup water to knead this much quantity of water.
Grease a bowl with some oil and place the dough in it.
Cover the dough for 20 minutes and let it ferment.
We have used instant dry yeast, so we need not punch the dough.
After the dough gets ferment, we will place it in the bread container to make bread.
Grease the container with some oil and place the dough in it properly.
Spread some oil on top of the dough as well.
Cover the container with cloth and place it in a hot place
for 2 hours so that the dough gets fermented better.
After 2 hours are completed, bake the bread.
Preheat the oven on 200 degree centigrade and place the container in the oven for baking.
Set the oven time for 25 minutes.
White bread is baked and ready.
Make it cool down for 15 minutes and then cut it.
White bread is ready and it normally takes 25 minutes on 200 degree centigrade for baking.
