Everyone loves ice-creams in summers.
Today, we will prepare the ice-cream of curd.
Let us see what all do we require to prepare ice-cream of curd.
Curd - 1/2 cup.
Cream - 1/2 cup.
Powdered sugar - 1/4 cup.
Biscuits - 4 to 5.
Cashew nuts - 6 to 7.
Vanilla essence.
Take curd and essence in Vanilla.
Now, we will blend it with the help of a blender.
First, we will blend it at less speed.
Then, we will increase its speed.
Also, mix sugar in it.
Add 2 to 3 drops vanilla essence in it.
Beat the batter once again.
Mix cashew nuts in it.
Freeze it in air-tight container.
Crush the biscuits in it and spread it at the bottom of the air-tight container.
Pour the batter in it to freeze the ice-cream.
Crush the remaining biscuits and spread it above the batter.
The ice-cream will be ready in 6 to 8 hours and we will serve it after that.
Ice cream of dahi is ready to serve.
We can also addd or serve the ice cream with rooh-afza over it.
