In an attempt to stem its financial hemorrhaging, the Postal Service is seeking to reduce the
workforce by 20 percent. Of course this does not include the current
Postal General who makes over 800,000 dollars a year.
If the Postal Service was a private sector business,
it would have filed for bankruptcy; however, they will most likely be getting a bailout.

Officals at Moody's said that some states, perhaps like California,
that issue debt could see their credit downgraded. Moody’s managing director, Timothy Blake,
added that most municipal issuers are somewhat weaker than they were
prior to the last major market disruption. Question: How can anyone take Moody's seriously
when they have upheld the U.S. triple-A status?
