Cabbage Masala Wada.
The ingredients.
Grated Cabbage( 1 medium),
Grated Carrot (2 medium)
Rice Flour
Chopped onions(2-3 medium)
Green Chillies (2-3)
Mint,
Curry Leaves
Cumin seeds,
Red chilli Powder,
Salt,
Refined oil,
Coriander leaves,
Gram flour
The Procedure.
Boil the grated cabbage in salt water in a pressure cooker for two whistles.
Put the chopped onions,
green chillies,
salt and chilli powder in a plate and mix thoroughly.
Now add cumin seeds, grated carrot,
curry leaves, mint leaves, coriander leaves,
boiled cabbage, rice flour and gram flour and mix it to a dough.
Now shape them into small patties and deep fry.
Serve hot with carrot and onion slices.
Tastes good, very different!
I've never tasted anything like these,
they've a new taste.
People who dislike cabbages also tend to eat these!
They wouldn't be able to find the cabbage in these!
