I work for the College of Atmospheric & Geographic Sciences at the University of Oklahoma.
Today we are having our annual National Weather Festival at the National Weather Center!
We love to showcase our building and everything we have.
It's a day that the public can come in and see the operations of the building...
the educational aspects like the School of Meteorology at the University of Oklahoma.
Also, some of the research that is going on.
A few years ago we started adding "Weather Friends" which are kind of our weather superheroes.
If you like the building so much and you like the operations you can come back on a public tour.
Those are offered every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 1:00 PM.
