Khajoor Shake Recipes - Khajoor Milk Shake for navratri Vrat

Today we will make khajoor (dates) shake.
It is really delicious in taste and nutritious too.
Let's see what ingredients are required for making khajoor (dates) shake.
Milk - 2 cup
Ice cubes - 1 cup
Dates (khajoor) - 10-12 (washed)
Cashew nuts - 4
Green cardamom- 2
For making khajoor (dates) shake, firstly cut dates.

Peel cardamom and make powder from it and also cut cashew nuts into small pieces.
Place dates pieces in mixture and add little milk too.
Grind to get a fine mixture or paste of khajoor (dates) pieces.
Now add rest of the milk as well in the dates (khajoor) paste.
Also add cardamom powder.

Also add ice cubes and whisk again.
Khajoor (dates) shake is ready; now serve it.
If you don't prefer having cold shake then use milk with room temperature.
Garnish with cashew nuts pieces.
Khajoor (dates) shake is ready without sugar because dates (khajoor) are itself a sweetener.
If you like having more sweetness in the shake; then add 1-2 tbsp sugar or honey into it.
You can also refine the shake to get rid of thick pieces.
Add vanilla ice-cream or chocolate ice-cream and then serve it.
