How use Biking for Health & FAST Weight Loss 4 Women & Men

Biking is a fantastic way to have fun, get great
exercise and lose weight , however before you even
think about biking get the OK from your Doctor. Once you have
the medical clearance and before you buy or jump on your current bike
make a plan to start biking gradually. It depends on your final
goals but start with short bikes around your neighborhood or local bike paths
generally 2 to 3 miles at first gradually adding a few miles
at a time and regardless of the temputure or other weather conditions
always pack enough water and carry money with you to
purchase more water along the way if you need it. You do not need to buy an expensive
bike , but what you do need to do is buy a bike that fits you
Walmart & Target both have decent bikes.
Having a bike that fits your body is essential to enjoy biking and to avoiding
straining yourself. Besides the bicycle, you should invest in a quality
helmut . I have been through a few but what is important is the
fit and comfort. But one could safe you life so spend the
the additional money and ware it when ever you are on the road

I just came back from a bike ride and
one thing I tell everyone make you sure you have a helmut on
I like to use these cusioned gloves to
avoid carpal tunnel. And biking is a great way
because you are using that big thigh muscle I talked about
building up muscle matter which will burn calories
these big muscles are great on a bike and for us fat people
it's the best exercise you can do while you are sitting
plus you are out on a beautiful day like today , it's a gorgeous day I was out
the bike trail and ah, if go on
local street make sure you follow the same rules as a car at a red light you stop
you go with the flow with the traffic not against it
when there is a stop sign you stop, be careful
out there, make sure you wear bright clothes so people can see you
a far. Go out there and enjoy yourself. Biking is a
great way to lose weight and I do it as often as I can.
