Hi, this is Matt Senatore on behalf of Expert Village, and we're going to learn how to make
my grandma Josephine's Chicken Parmesan. We're almost done. Now we're going to bake our Chicken
Parmesan. Make sure you preheat your oven fifteen minutes before you're ready to bake.
Okay, we're not going to bake the Chicken Parmesan too long because it's already cooked.
We just really want to melt the cheese and heat it up. Okay we're going to let this chicken
cook about fifteen to twenty minutes, twenty minutes tops. The reason we're not cooking
it that much is because it's already cooked. The chicken's already cooked, the sauce is
already cooked, we just want the top layer of cheese to melt evenly. If you check it
and the cheese still looks stringy, then it's not done yet. So, and just make sure also
that you check it periodically because you don't want the top layer to burn.
