So have you ever wondered how you can bleach your teeth with baking soda? Well my name
is Michelle and I'm a dental assistant with Solutionz and I'm here to kind of show you
on exactly how you can bleach your teeth with baking soda. It is pretty easy. The first
thing that you want to do is get a little bit of baking soda and place it it in a cup
and then you are also going to dilute the baking soda with water and you just want to
kind of create almost like 50% baking soda and 50% of the water. You just pour a little
bit of water in there and you are going to mix it around until it becomes like a paste
consistency. If it is a little bit of runny that's o'kay and then what you are going to
do is you are going to basically dip your toothbrush into that paste consistency and
then you just start brushing your teeth with it and then you actually just want to kind
of do this at least for about one to two minutes and then you can actually do this pretty periodically
once every other day or once a week and what that will do is that will actually keep your
teeth and the staining off of your teeth it will get in there and with the bristles kind
of activate the ingredients of the baking soda to become almost like a foamy sensation
and then this will kind of eat away at the staining on your teeth. So it's pretty easy.
Once again you are just going to make a paste with water, baking soda and brush your teeth
with it for about one to two minutes and rinse your mouth out really good with some warm
water and do this for about every other day for about a week and then you will start to
notice your teeth becoming more whiter for you. My name is Michelle and I am a dental
assistant with Solutionz and I just explained to you and showed you on how you can bleach
your teeth with baking soda.
