How to Make Angel Food Cake : Placing Angel Food Cake In The Oven

My name is Ashley Sarkis, on behalf of Expert Village. Today I will be making angel food
cake with whipped cream and strawberries. Okay, the next step is we're going to put
the cake into the oven, which is going to be on three hundred twenty-five degrees. The
next step is you want to place the cake in the center of the oven. Make sure the rack
is in the middle, in the middle row. And then you're going to cook it, anywhere from thrity
to forty-five minutes, probably check back around twenty-five minutes depending on...
Okay, and now we're just going to set our timer for twenty-five minutes so I can check
back. Maybe, if I can get it to work. Apparently I can't remember with the timer, and then
we'll just check back on it, in twenty-five minutes. Note: You should check on your cake
before the thirty minute mark as all ovens and pan combinations cook at different times
and temperatures. Also, please note that you should excercise caution as to not slam the
oven door or disturb the cake while it cooks. Failure to do so can result in a cake that
"falls" or doesn't rise evenly.
