videos series on the best diet tips for losing belly fat and getting a sixpack. In this video,
I’m going to offer 4 tips to help fit all the material covered in this series into a
healthy eating plan. Let’s start with fruits and vegetables. When it comes to produce,
try to get local, farm fresh varieties as often as possible. The best way to find local
produce is to go online and do some research. Try to find the locations of farmer’s markets
and farm stands that are close to where you live. Some local farmers actually have a system
in place that can deliver fresh produce right to your door.
The second tip is to purchase organic foods as often as possible. The more organic foods
you eat, the less chemicals you’ll be putting in your body. And the less chemicals in your
body, the more your stomach fat will start to disappear. The third tip is to choose the
following meats and meat products as often as possible: (1) grass fed beef, (2) free
range chicken, turkey, and pork, (3) wild fish, and (4) eggs from free range hens. To
find these types of meats and meat products, go online and research local farms or co-ops
that are nearby, or ones that deliver right to your door.
The last suggestion is to focus on eating 1 ingredient foods. These include: (1) the
meats and meat products just described, (2) nuts, (3) seeds, (4) beans, and (5) the fruits
and vegetables described earlier in this video. Following these 4 top diet tips are a great
start to improving your health and reduce your belly fat. Just be sure not to overeat,
