Man: Then you have kids… life gets busier, you let yourself go a bit… I’m not worried.
Voiceover: Unhealthy eating & drinking and not enough physical activity can seriously
affect your health.

Voiceover: For most people, waistlines of over 94cm for men and 80cm for women increase
the risk of some cancers, heart disease and type 2 diabetes.
Man: And when I first realised it was affecting my health…
Man (to self): …well, yeah, I got worried.
