Hi guys welcome back to another video in this video i'm going to be taking a look
at the rumours we have of the 2012 13-inch Retina Macbook Pro
the first point is that the 13-inch Retina Macbook Pro is going
to have very similar specs to it's fifteen-inch counterpart
which was released at WWDC earlier in June
the main difference between the fifteen-inch and the rumored thirteen inch
retina Macbook pro is the screen size
the 13-inch Retina Macbook Pro is expected to come with a screen resolution of
2560 x 1600
this means that you will not be able to see any pixels at an average viewing
distance
or what Apple calls a Retina display
as for the internals of the Macbook I expect to see a slightly slower clock speed
on an Ivy Bridge CPU
I also expect to see a slightly lower end Nvidia graphics chip than what we have in
the 15-inch retina Macbook Pro
also what's almost guaranteed is a very slim design
with USB 3 and without a DVD tray
as far as the release date goes obviously Apple hasn't confirmed anything however
there are many rumors pointing towards an October release
for the 13-inch Retina Macbook Pro
