How difficult is the exam?
The Food Manager Certification Exam has approximately 80 multiple choice questions.
Although, we do not provide exact figures, we do have a high percentage of people that
pass and do very well in our exams because of our effective classroom and online training.
We do also encourage students to read the Premier Food Safety study booklet in advance
which is included in the total package at the time of registration.
This booklet includes practice exam questions, which are found to be very helpful to our
students.
