I am going to make star chicken...
Ingredients to make star chicken:
Boneless chicken
Garam masala
Curd
Gram flour
Corn flour
Oil
Turmeric powder
Salt
Ginger garlic paste
Egg,Green chillies,Lemon & Corriander leaves
How to make star chicken ?
Firstly,take the chicken in a bowl & add some chilli powder,garam masala,turmeric powder,ginger garlic paste,salt & 2 spoons of curd
Sprinkle little lemon juice, green chillies & corriander leaves
And marinate it for 20 minutes
Then add required amount of gram flour,corn flour & a egg into it & mix it thouroughly
Then deep fry the marinated chicken pieces in the oil...
Star chicken is ready to serve...!!!
