Begin by Removing the battery cover The battery and the SD Card
On the front of the phone, remove the plastic cover with the cell provider logo near the bottom of the unit.
You can now remove two t5 screws that were underneith that cover
Use a case opener tool to carefully separate the chrome bezal from the case of the phone.
With the bezal gone the keypad is easily removed.
You can remove 4 more T5 screws holding the main board into the back case.
After disconnecting 1 ribbon cable on top of the unit the entire main board and screen is easily removed from the back case
Next, remove the track pad by disconnecting the ribbon cable on the back and pulling the ribbon through the hole in the board.
Disconnect the ribbon for the lcd on the back of the board
The LCD is held to the front of the main board with adhesive and metal brackets. Using a case opener tool pull back the brackets at the top of the LCD. Very carefully pry the LCD up and pull it out from the brackets at the bottom.
