Tomorrow the Moonee Valley Cup offers another 'last chance' for a number of horses to force their way into the Melbourne Cup on the 6th of November.
I'm particularly talking about Australian horses Moudre and Ironstein and the Luca Cumani trained Ibicenco.
You may remember Luca Cumani trained Purple Moon and Bauer
who missed winning the 2007 and 2008 Melbourne Cups... by a whisker
He still has one of the favourites - Mount Athos in the race
will not run in Australia before Cup Day. We will talk about him in a later video.
