So, did you guys invent the Cauliflower Curry recipe or is it a trditional recipe?
My husband likes his cauliflower crunchy and crispy so he came up with this recipe himself
Ingredients required to make Cauliflower Crunchy (Gobi Fry)
Cauliflower, Tomato, Pepper, Garam Masala Powder, Garlic, Ginger
Coriander Seeds Powder, Salt, Red Chilli & Turmeric Powder, Olive Oil, Fenugreek, Scallions & Coriander
Dry roast the cauliflower in the oven or saute it in a pan till they're half cooked
Take 4 cups of cauliflowers in the oven pan
Add 4 spoons of olive oil
Use tomato puree or you can saute the tomatoes with salt and grind them into a paste
Add 4 tbsp of the tomato puree
Add salt for taste, some red chilli powder, about 2 spoons and a spoon of pepper
Add some garlic paste and 2 spoons of coriander seeds powder
Add some garam masala powder
Add a pinch of turmeric powder
Mix all the ingredients together and grease it with some olive oil
Set the oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit or 200 degrees Celcius
Or you can just fry it in a pan on the stove til they're nicely done
Keep stirring in between and heat for about 30 minutes
Now, take a deep pan and heat some oil
Add half tea spoon of mustard seeds
Add a few green chillies and curry leaves
Add sliced onions
Add some chopped ginger
Add some black gram
Now, add coriander seeds powder, red chilli powder, salt and turmeric powder
Add some fenugreek
Finally, add the cauliflowers
Let it simmer for about 10 minutes
Take the cauliflower into a serving bowl
