Bengal grams curry with spring onions
Ingredients required to cook Bengal gram curry:
Bengal grams
Spring Onions
Milk
Onions
Tomato
Ginger garlic paste
Garam masala
Red chilli powder
Curry leaves, Corriander leaves, Green chillies, Red chillies
Oil, Salt & Turmeric powder
Now, let us see...how to cook bengal grams curry...
Firstly, take a pressure cooker & heat some oil into it
Fry some Redchillies, Cumin seeds & Black grams
Also fry some curry leaves
Then fry the chopped Onions with green chillies till they turn golden brown
Add required amount of ginger garlic paste & mix it properly
After few minutes, add some tomatoes...
Now, add the soaked bengal grams into the cooker...
The bengal grams should be soaked in water for atleast 3 hours
Add the Spring onions with a pinch of turmeric powder
Add the required amount of Salt, Garam masala & Red chilli powder
Close the lid for 2 minutes...
Add required amount of milk with water into the cooker
Close the lid of the cooker & wait till you hear 3 whistles...
Take it in a serving bowl & garnish it with Corriander leaves...
