Coconut Chutney Recipe

Today we will make Nariyal ki Chutney
this Chutney is very delicious and can be served with Idli, Dosa, Vada or any other south indian recipe.
Ingredients required:
Raw coconut - 1/2 (chopped into small pieces)
Green coriander - 1/2 cup (cut into fat pieces)
Oil - 1 tbsp
Curd - 1/2 cup
Rie - 1/4 tsp
Salt - a little less than 1/2 tsp or add to taste
Green chillies - 2
Curry leaves - 6 to 7
We just have to grind all these ingredients to prepare the Chutney.
Put coconut, coriander leaves, green chillies, salt and curd in the mixer.
Add some water (about 1/4 cup).
We have grinded and prepared the Chutney. Now we will apply Tadka to it.
Heat a pan, pour oil in it.
Put Rie once oil is heated, after Rie starts to crackle put in the curry leaves.
Pour this Tadka over the Chutney.
Nariyal ki Chutney is ready.
Serve Nariyal ki Chutney with Idli, Dosa, Sambhar etc.
