>> CLARE: Hi, I ‘m Clare. Welcome to my wellness blog. This month, I’m focusing
on getting more fruits in my diet, so today, we’re going to make smoothies. A couple
of things you need to get started are a blender, and a recipe with a lot of fruit, and juices
to make it nice and sweet.
So today we’re going to use 2 cups of berries, 1 cup of yogurt, some orange juice and a banana.
I know you people like their smoothies a little sweeter, so you can use honey, pineapple juice
or I’ve even used agave nectar.
I like to start with the banana at the bottom of the blender.
Then you put the berries in.
You can put the rest of your ingredients in any way you want.
Make sure when you are putting the lid on, you’re putting it on nice and tight.
Now if you find your smoothie is a little too thick, feel free to add some extra juice
or some water. And then if it’s too thin, you add some ice or extra fruit.
So there it is, a quick and easy way to get extra fruits in your diet.
