Kakarakaya Vellulli is a healthy and nutritional curry
Ingredients required for Kakarakaya Vellulli
Bitter Gourd, Garlic, Cumin Seeds, Coriander Seeds, Yogurt, Salt, Red Chilli Powder & Oil
First, take some bitter gourd pieces, slit them on a side and remove the seeds and pulp in it
Take a pan, add the slit bitter gourd pieces, some salt and yogurt in it
Now heat the pan and let them boil for five minutes until they are half cooked
Mix them well while boiling
Now grind some coriander seeds, salt, coriander powder, red chilli powder and one garlic bulb into a powder
Remove the cooked bitter gourd pieces into a plate
Now stuff the cooked bitter gourd pieces with the ground garlic and spice mix
Heat some oil in a pan
The bitterness of bitter gourd is reduced by boiling them in yogurt
Add the stuffed bitter gourd pieces into the pan & fry them for a while
Now take the fried bitter gourd pieces into a serving plate
