Today we will prepare potato chilla which is very delicious to eat and children love it.
Let's see what al ingredeintsare required for making potato chilla.
Potato - 3 (medium size)
Coriander leaves - 2 tsp (finely chopped)
Oil - 2 tsp
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Rei - 1/4 tsp
Chaat masala - 1/2 tsp
To make potato chilla peel the potatoes and grate them.
Put on the gas and heat the pan.
Grate 1.5 potaoes and add a pinch of salt and coriander leaves into it.
Pour some oil in the pan then add rei to it.
Add the grated potatoes in the non stick pan.
Spread the mixture in the pan with a thickness of 1/2 inch.
Pour 1 tsp oil all around and above the chilla.
Sprinkle chaat masala over the chilla.
Tturn over the chilla and cook the other side as well.
When it gets brownish in color take the chilla out and place it on plate.
Potato chilla is ready.
Serve with tomato sauce.
