This is what I've used

and two coats of a dark purple polish.
With a white polish...
...draw a leaking spot's shape.
I need the white color to highlight the next color I'm going to use.
Draw a "dropping" heart from the spot.
With a red polish...
fill the white parts.
Apply three micro pearls...
...on the base of your nail.
